Country Manager - Denmark

To continue on our mission, we´re now looking for a self-motivated Country Manager to lead our organizational expansion in Denmark.

Job description  

As a Country Manager in Denmark you´ll represent Tradera in the local market. You´ll work operationally in Denmark, but in close collaboration with the expansion team in Stockholm. Your main mission is to increase the presence of Tradera in Denmark, and thereby sales and active users. We believe that you´re entrepreneurial and grab business opportunities when you see them, as success is very much in your own hand. You are a self-motivated “doer” who´s unafraid to get things done, eager to learn and someone the team can rely on.


Role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

  • Develop the business of Tradera in the local market to ensure successful  establishment

  • Identify local opportunities to increase sales

  • Manage all business operations in the local market to ensure profitability and growth

  • Keep up with local and business trends in order to anticipate customer needs

  • Brief the expansion team about the needs and priorities in the local market

  • Build professional relationships and attract new partners


Your skills and background

  • Keen interest in sales, marketing and sustainable shopping

  • Great understanding of the local market

  • Excellent networking skills

  • Native in Danish, written and spoken

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

  • knowledge and experience within e-commerce and sustainable shopping in the local market is beneficial


    Additional information

    This is a full time contract with a start in the beginning of 2022. It´s a remote position located in Denmark and you´ll report to the Chief Marketing & Sales Officer in Stockholm. We look forward to receiving your application!
