We’re looking for a Treasury Controller to join our Finance team at Tradera.

As Treasury Controller, you will play a central role in managing the company's corporate financial flows.

You will collaborate with several departments at Tradera, as payment- and billing development teams, and report to CFO. You will be working from our office in central Stockholm.

What you will do:

Cash flow management:

Monitor and optimize the company's cash flow by analyzing inflows and outflows and forecasting future needs.

Risk management:

Identify and manage financial risks. Develop and implement strategies to minimize risks.

Responsible for managing collaboration partners:

Maintain and develop positive relations with partners such as payment providers and banks as well as financial institutions.

Reporting and analysis:

Responsible for creating and presenting financial reports and analyzes to management and other stakeholders. Follow up and evaluate results against goals.

Liquidity planning:

Develop and implement liquidity plans to ensure that the company always has enough capital to fulfill their commitments.

Who you are:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance with two to five years experience of work in treasury or from a bank.

• Good understanding of financial markets and associated instruments.

• Basic knowledge in accounting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other teams within the organization.
