Product Owner (Interim from May 2025)

We are looking for an Interim Product Owner for Buyer Experience to join us and help shape the buying journey across tradera.com and Tradera’s iOS and Android apps. This is a 9-month assignment starting in May 2025.
About the Role
The Buyer Experience team’s mission is to make buying second-hand as seamless and enjoyable as buying new. As Product Owner for Buyer Experience, you will work close with our CPO and play a key role in achieving this by prioritizing features, resolving bugs, and delivering improvements that enhance the user experience across Tradera’s platforms.
In addition to owning the product backlog, you will also take on the role of people manager for the development team, which consists of 7 developers. You will be responsible for supporting their growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team remains focused and motivated to deliver.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and requirements can shift quickly. The ability to adapt and maintain focus on delivering value is key to success.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive the development of features and improvements that make second-hand shopping as simple and engaging as buying new items.
• Prioritize the product backlog, balancing user feedback, bug fixes, and new initiatives.
• Lead the team in planning and delivering updates across Tradera’s web and app platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/design, marketing, and other stakeholders to align priorities and ensure smooth execution.
• Act as people manager for a development team of 7, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and high performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Experience prioritizing features, bugs, and improvements based on user feedback and business impact.
• A proven track record of leading development teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
